The Organization for Inclusive Development–Sierra Leone (OfID-SL) is a nationally registered, rights-based and transformational civil society organization founded in July, 2013. The organization was established to serve as a professional counterpart for reforms that promote inclusive, accountable and sustainable development in Sierra Leone. Over the past decade, OfID-SL has built a strong institutional niche in organizational development, staff capacity assessment, training needs analysis, and delivery of tailored training programmes for public institutions, civil society organizations, community-based organizations, and private sector actors. In addition to its broader governance and social development mandate, the organization has increasingly specialized in strengthening institutional systems, human resources capacity, leadership effectiveness, and results-based performance across diverse institutions.
